I say NP as long as you don't bring it into CA, like it is listed. If you bring it in, you got to put it to stock, or know someone willing to put their smog license on the line. But an H22 with the t3/t4 setup is a great power house and will remain so for quite some more time in that car. Plus it is probably the cleanest example you'll find out there.

Cp. If I wanted a reliable, turbo, 4 banger for that price I'd get a WRX. AWD>FWD when having extra power.

Of course. I'm not actually interested at all. Just posting a link to a fairly rare and interesting (and very low mileage) car. If I were a Honda nut, I'd jump all over this..
